Top causes for hair loss in women

Besides the inheritance boldness there are other reasons for hair loss. Normally, when combing and washing the hair, fall 20-30 hairs a day, but losing more than 100 hairs a day is a sign of balding  Here are some causes of hair loss in women:
  • The use of bad quality and aggressive hair dyes and other cosmetics - Styling with hairdryer is not so dangerous, but the overuse of other chemicals exhaust the hair and damages her permanently. Fortunately, after taking the necessary measures the hair can recover and stop falling. Be careful with the chemical products and treatment of your hair.
  • Injury or very high stress - Both conditions can cause hair loss, but it is successfully treated and the hair recovers for half a year.
  • Stretched hair - Braids and tails are always in fashion, but they can damage your hair and lead to alopecia, in which the hair falls off mainly on the temples and around the face.
  • Alopecia areata - In this disease appear bald circles on the scalp. This can be completely or on some spots. The illness is an autoimmune and can occur in both men and women and in children.
  • Menopause - Studies show that hair loss is common during menopause. Unlike alopecia, in this period the hair loss does not lead hair to completely baldness. Thinning of the hair during menopause can be caused by emotional stress, fatigue and anxiety, as well as by hormonal imbalance. The best solution in this case is to maintain balance, especially the hormones.
  • Significant weight loss – The rapid weight loss sometimes leads to hair loss, but in these cases one do not need special treatment, because the hair will restore by itself. But when the hair loss is associated with anorexia and bulimia, the problem is more serious. In this case the body is deprived of nutrients and vitamins that are necessary for healthy hair.
